VNS of Connecticut is one of the largest non-profit visiting nurse associations in the state. Our size enhances our ability to provide a wide range of comprehensive, reliable services on an individualized basis. Our mission ensures that each patient’s complete needs are evaluated and a personalized plan of care is developed. We coordinate all services, including arranging for the equipment and supplies needed to care for our patients.
 
We serve individuals of all ages with programs that fulfill a wide range of home health care needs. VNS cares for young children, adults and the elderly. Our individualized programs range from sophisticated nursing care and compassionate end-of-life care, to support services for those who simply need assistance with the activities of daily living. Depending upon an individual’s needs, our services are provided on a temporary or ongoing basis.
