Orientation

Our staff are our most important asset; they are who we are and account for all of our success. We feel that it is in the best interest of our patients, our organization and our staff to help them achieve their maximum potential.

We are committed to providing initial and ongoing education to develop, maintain and improve the competency of all staff. We accomplish this through a comprehensive initial CORE orientation for all staff and we additionally provide the following major components specifically designed for our clinical staff.

The orientation process is overseen by our own in-house Education Department, comprised of experts in home care philosophy and operations.
